J got this recipe from someone at work who is going Paleo! Very delicious snack 🙂
3 Tbs coconut oil
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup ground almonds
3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 Tbs organic raw honey
Melt the honey and coconut oil in a sauce pan on the stove over low heat. Take off the stove as soon as the honey is completely melted
Once combined and off the heat, add the cocoa powder, ground nuts (we ground unsalted almonds in the food processor), coconut, and mix together.
Pour mixture on to a small baking sheet covered in wax paper. Form into a square when cool enough to touch.
