Slow Cooker Bacon and Chicken

5 chicken breasts
10 slices bacon
2 Tbs thyme
1 Tb oregano
1 Tb rosemary
5 Tbs coconut oil
1 Tb sea salt

Mix all seasoning together. Layer 3 chicken breasts on the bottom of the slow cooker and top with 1/2 of seasoning mixture. Layer 5 strips of bacon on top of the chicken. Place the remaining 2 chicken breasts on top, season with the other 1/2 of the seasoning mixture and the last 5 strips of bacon.


Add in 2 Tbs of coconut oil. Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred the meat and mix well with the remaining 3 Tbs of coconut oil.  It should just fall apart!
