Jay’s Special Chicken

So we say we make this recipe all the time, here is a brief description of how to make it!


  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Italian dressing
  • Balsamic dressing
  • Montreal Chicken seasoning / Red pepper flakes
  • Pepperochini juice
  • Aminos / teriyaki sauce / Hoisin sauce
  • Directions:

  • Trim chicken of excess fat and cube
  • Heat pan over med-high heat, put in some combination of the above ingredients that you think is tasty (Jay has made this chicken a hundred times but never made it the same way; the above ingredients some of the things that end up in the mix).

  • Cook until chicken is no longer pink inside
  • Eat and enjoy
