Paleo Guacamole Burgers

This is an easy one!  Super tasty too 🙂

Fried Eggs

We typically use 1 to 1-1/2 pound of ground beef to make 4 burger patties and simply season them with salt and pepper. Can grill them or cook them on the stove top, which ever you prefer.

Cook your burgers. Fry your eggs. Make your guacamole. Put your burger on a plate. Top with an egg and a healthy dollop of guacamole. That’s it! Eat and enjoy.
