This is basic but delicious when you are short on time!
10 strips of bacon
16oz container of Brussels
1 package beef polish kielbasa
Cook 10 slices of bacon (6 slightly crispy). Follow the Brussels and Bacon recipe,
leaving 4 pieces of bacon to the side. Slice the kielbasa 1/4″ thick on a diagonal and sear in the bacon grease.
Put Brussels and Bacon in a bowl, top with 2 slices of bacon, then a hearty portion of kielbasa.
