Steak with Brussels & Bacon August 28, 2013

We got a marinade from the store that we coated the steaks in over night.  We used the leftover Brussels sprouts from when we made Brussels Chips last week when making the Brussels & Bacon.

Since the insides were so much smaller, make sure to cut the cook time in about half if you try this approach as well.  On the side was a bowl of purple grapes and cut up apples.  DSCN3530
