Steak and Brussels Dinner August 9, 2013

So Wednesday night was seafood dinner (and you guys have seen enough pictures of our seafood dinners already!) with Leftovers on Thursday.  Friday night we cooked up some Porterhouse steaks (seasoned with just meat tenderizer, garlic powder, and seasoning salt) and some Brussels and Bacon.  We are currently in the process of moving so we used the broiler for the steaks and they turned out fantastic!


We just did 3-4 minutes per side on the top rack for Medium Rare.  Great Friday night dinner!!!DSCN3509
