So we have already showed you quite a few pictures of steamed crab legs (they are so delicious!) and figured we would just show you some delicious bacon wrapped shrimp we had on the side.
We have found the best way to get the bacon perfectly cooked is to cook it a little in a fry pan first. Cook the bacon lightly, definitely not too crisp. Cut each piece of bacon in half; wrap the 1/2 slice of bacon around each shrimp and place it “seam” side down on a broiler pan.
Broil in the oven (top rack) for 2 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
