Sorry to my inland family in the midwest but tonight’s fresh seafood feast will make you drool! Jay stopped at a local seafood market on the way home from work and picked up some jumbo sea scallops, snow crab legs, and shrimp steamed in Old Bay (I am a lucky girl!).
We seared the scallops in butter, salt and pepper then some fresh lemon juice right before serving.
We simply boiled the crab legs with Old Bay.
Sauteed onions and bell peppers in EVOO, salt, and pepper were our veggies.
Lastly, we cut up a bowl of fresh fruit with banana, strawberries, and blueberries to round out the meal. Delicious!
