Breakfast for dinner is a favorite! Elle’s mom always used to do breakfast on Friday nights for dinner when she was growing up so it is good comfort food. (And it’s not hard to talk Jay into a meal with bacon on the plate.)
Scrambled eggs, bacon, ham seared in bacon grease, blueberry/strawberry bowl, and hashbrowns (obviously Paleo-ISH). We just can’t seem to get away from the hashbrowns, too many good college late night Waffle House memories to overcome!
